Common use of Minute Clinics Clause in Contracts

Minute Clinics. Services received at Minute Clinics are subject to a ten dollar ($10) copayment in each year of the Agreement. First dollar deductibles are waived for Minute Clinic visits. (Note that prescriptions received as a result of a visit are subject to the drug copayment and out-of-pocket maximums described above at 6A2(4)e).)
