Common use of Minor Changes Clause in Contracts

Minor Changes. Minor changes in the work may be directed by the Project Manager with no change in contract price or time of performance. Minor changes are consistent with the intent of the Contract Documents and do not substantially alter the type of work to be performed or involve any adjustment to the contract sum or extension of the contract time.
