Mini-Block Vacation Scheduling Sample Clauses

Mini-Block Vacation Scheduling. Upon completion of the scheduling of full-week vacation blocks, Management shall determine which weeks have open vacation blocks and post the open weeks. Employees shall thereafter, commencing with the most senior employee, be provided the opportunity to select mini-vacation blocks (from 1 to 3 days) in the open weeks. Employees may select mini-vacation blocks in no more than 3 open weeks. Once open weeks are deemed “full” by Management, those weeks shall be removed from the selection process. Once the employees have made their selections, the selection process will close and shall not reopen until the next bid process commences.
