  • Vice Chair The Vice Chair shall perform such duties as prescribed by the Board or the Chair and shall act for the Chair in his or her absence.

The Managing Director shall be appointed by the Board of Governors from among candidates having the nationality of an ESM Member, relevant international experience and a high level of competence in economic and financial matters. Whilst holding office, the Managing Director may not be a Governor or Director or an alternate of either.

  • Notice of Changed Positions In the event that the Employer introduces significant changes to an existing job such that the job description is substantially altered, the Employer shall give written notice to the Union outlining the changes which have taken place, along with the Employer's proposal for a change in the wage rate, if any. Should the Union object to the proposed wage rate, such objection to the wage rate must be made in writing, within thirty (30) days of notification by the Employer. If no written objection is received by the Employer, then the wage rate shall be considered as agreed to. If the wage rate proposed by the Employer for the changed job is revised as a result of negotiation or arbitration, then the revised wage rate shall be effective from the date on which the changes were implemented.

  • Association President The President of the Association has the right to visit schools. The President will coordinate the visits with the offices of the principals in order to facilitate the purpose of this visit. Visits that are made to solve special problems of teachers will be arranged in advance by notifying the office of the principal.

  • Chair and Vice Chair The Council shall appoint from amongst its members a Chair and Vice Chair who shall retire in the same manner as provided for members in Clause 5. The Chair shall be held in alternate years by a member of the Employers' Side and a member of the Trade Union Side. In the absence of the Chair, the Vice Chair shall preside at the meetings of the Council. If neither the Chair nor the Vice Chair is present, a Chair shall be elected for the meeting.   • VACANCIES AND NEW POSITIONS 17.01 The Gallery shall post notice of permanent and temporary job vacancies subject to Article 4 – Temporary Full-Time Employees for a period of seven (7) calendar days before any such job is filled.
