Member Right to OSSTF Representation. The Employer recognizes the right of a member of the ESS Bargaining Unit to have an OSSTF representative and/or legal counsel present, should the member so desire, during any meetings with the Employer when the conduct or competence of the member is being investigated or the member is being disciplined. The employee’s representative shall be advised in advance of the time and place of the meeting.
