Member Participation in Other Direct Selling Programs. If an member is engaged in other non-VYVO direct selling programs, it is the responsibility of the member to ensure that his or her VYVO business is operated entirely separate and apart from any other program. To this end, the following must be adhered to: ● members shall not display VYVO promotional material, sales aids, products or services with or in the same location as, any non-VYVO promotional material or sales aids, products or services. ● members shall not offer the VYVO Opportunity, products or services to prospective or existing Customers or members in conjunction with any non-VYVO program, Opportunity, Product or Service. Members may not offer any non-VYVO opportunity, Products, Services or Opportunity at any VYVO-related meeting, seminar or convention, or within two hours and a five mile radius of the VYVO event. If the VYVO meeting is held telephonically or on the internet, any non-VYVO meeting must be at least two hours before or after the VYVO meeting, and on a different conference telephone number or internet web address from the VYVO meeting.

  • Participation in Other Authority Programs With the exception of providing Products and Services to the Authority as described in Exhibit A of this Agreement, neither the Contractor nor the Contractor’s employees, agents, officers, directors, shareholders, members or subcontractors will participate in Authority housing programs or do business with the Authority under any program in which the Authority has a direct or indirect relationship without securing approval from the Authority's Director of Legal Affairs.

  • PROFESSIONAL DUES OR FEES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 5.1 Any unit member who is a member of the Association, or who has applied for membership, may sign and deliver to the District an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees, and general assessments of the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth of such dues from the regular salary check of the bargaining unit member each month for ten (10) months.
