Melbourne Base. In the circumstances prescribed in this clause, cabin crew must be provided with free transport between the airport and their home, provided that their home is within the area bounded by Point Cook on Port Xxxxxxx Bay, then a hypothetical line taking in Werribee, Bacchus Xxxxx, Bullengarook, New Gisborne, Darraweit Guim, Wallan, Whittlesea, Nutfield, Wattle Xxxx, Kangaroo Ground, Warrandyte, Ringwood, Dandenong North, Heatherton and Sandringham to Port Xxxxxxx Bay. An employee may use a registered airport shuttle service (shuttle) or MTrain in lieu of a taxi where the cost of a one-way shuttle or MTrain fare plus FBT is not greater than the cost of a taxi fare to the boundary.

All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

  • Level 2 If the grievant is not satisfied with the written answer from his/her manager the grievant may, within ten (10) days from the receipt of such answer, file a written appeal to the appointing authority.   • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Level 4 An Employee at this level performs work above and beyond the skills of an Employee at Level 3.

  • Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number Requirement Grantee will provide their valid DUNS number contemporaneous with execution of this Agreement.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.
