Status Reports DSI will issue to Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary a report profiling the account history at least semi-annually. DSI may provide copies of the account history pertaining to this Agreement upon the request of any party to this Agreement.
Monthly Status Reports 19.1.1 During the Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Project including its compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Program and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer or the Authority. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
FINANCIAL STATUS REPORTS (FSRS Except as otherwise provided, for contracts with categorical budgets, Grantee shall submit quarterly FSRs to System Agency by the last business day of the month following the end of each quarter for System Agency review and financial assessment. Grantee shall submit the final FSR no later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the end of the applicable term.
Employee Status Reports Each pay period, the Employer will provide the Union a list of all employees in the bargaining units. The electronic list will be sent to WFSE headquarters. The report will contain:
General Reporting Requirements The MA-PD Sponsor agrees to submit to information to CMS according to 42 CFR §§423.505(f), 423.514, and the "Final Medicare Part D Reporting Requirements," a document issued by CMS and subject to modification each program year.
Technical Reports deliver to the Agent, and shall procure that the Manager shall deliver to the Agent, on request copies of the latest complete technical reports in respect of the Vessels.
EDD Independent Subrecipient Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients. An independent Subrecipient is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies. Compliance with Audit and Reporting Requirements; Maintenance of Records A. The Grantee shall submit to an audit of funds paid through this Grant Agreement and shall make all books, accounting records and other documents available at all reasonable times during the term of this Grant Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after final payment for inspection by the State or its authorized designee. SUBMISSION OF THE MONTHLY MI REPORT 4.1 The completed MI Report shall be completed electronically and returned to the Authority by uploading the electronic MI Report computer file to MISO in accordance with the instructions provided in MISO.
