Defect Meetings. Defect meetings will occur on a frequency mutually determined by TEC Contracting Entity and Vendor. Defect meetings may also include any Local Authority that is or may be affected by an identified defect. Defect meetings shall cover, but are not necessarily limited to the following: 1) Defect list, containing all known defects, provided by Vendor and made available to the TEC Contracting Entity prior to the meeting; 2) Current defect prioritization; 3) Discussion of defects in progress; and 4) Discussion of new issues that have not been entered into the defect tracking system. The TEC Contracting Entity reserves the right to reprioritize any defect to meet the then-current needs.
