Meeting with the Artistic Director. All Artists at least one time per calendar year shall meet with the Artistic Director and, if applicable, appropriate member(s) of the Artistic Staff in a private interview. This interview may be called by either the Engager or the Artist. Either the Engager and/or the Artist may invite a person of his/her choice to attend the meeting. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss with the Artist his/her role in the Company and provide appropriate feedback to the Artist.

  • Meeting Agenda 6.1 The Co-chairpersons will prepare an agenda and forward a copy of the agenda to all Joint Committee members at least one week in advance of the meeting (sample attached).

Supervises the access to the closed session minutes or delegates it to one of the following individuals in the District: a. The Recording Secretary, b. The Superintendent or designated administrator, or c. Any elected Board member; and 3. Logs the access in 2:220-E7, Access to Closed Meeting Minutes and Verbatim Recordings.

  • Scoping Meeting 4.2.1 A scoping meeting will be held within ten (10) Business Days after the Interconnection Request is deemed complete, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. The Utility and the Interconnection Customer will bring to the meeting personnel, including system engineers and other resources as may be reasonably required to accomplish the purpose of the meeting. The scoping meeting may be omitted by mutual agreement in writing.
