Common use of Meeting of Committee Clause in Contracts

Meeting of Committee. In the event either party the Union or Employer wishes to call a bargaining meeting, the meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement. However, such meeting must be held not later than ten (10) calendar days after the written request has been given, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
