Meeting CDBG National Objective. Project activity costs expended by CCC as part of implementing the activities under this Agreement will require documentation of eligible costs for the Work described in Section 5. Per the CDBG-NDR National Objective regulations, full compliance is not achieved until the project activity is completed and urgent need identified in the NDRC application is addressed by the Work as described in this Exhibit. Therefore, for each project activity funded under this Agreement, CCC must document completion of items A, B, and C in Section 5 below. This documentation is required in order to be in compliance with the National Objective requirement and to provide information on beneficiaries of the project. National Objective compliance is further outlined in Exhibit D, Section 4, of this Agreement.

Meeting CDBG National Objective. Project activity costs expended by USFS as part of implementing the activities under this Agreement will require documentation of eligible costs for the Work described in Section 5. Per the CDBG-NDR National Objective regulations, full compliance is not achieved until the project activity is completed and urgent need identified in the NDRC application is addressed by the Work as described in this Exhibit. Therefore, for each project activity funded under this Agreement, USFS must document completion of the five (5) activities listed in Section 5 below. This documentation is required in order to be in compliance with the National Objective requirement and to provide information on beneficiaries of the project. National Objective compliance is further outlined in Exhibit D, Section 4, of this Agreement. Any planning activities funded under this Agreement are assumed to meet a National Objective. Grantee must document all eligible staff time and materials used to conduct planning activities funded under this Agreement but does not need to document CDBG-NDR National Objective compliance.

  • Orientation Meeting Within thirty (30) calendar days from execution of the Contract, Vendor and Order Fulfillers will be required to attend an orientation meeting to discuss the content and procedures of the Contract to include reporting requirements. DIR, at its discretion, may waive the orientation requirement for Vendors who have previously held DIR contracts. The meeting will be held in the Austin, Texas area at a date and time mutually acceptable to DIR and the Vendor or by teleconference, at DIR’s discretion. DIR shall bear no cost for the time and travel of the Vendor or Order Fulfillers for attendance at the meeting.

  • Scoping Meeting 4.2.1 A scoping meeting will be held within ten (10) Business Days after the Interconnection Request is deemed complete, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. The Utility and the Interconnection Customer will bring to the meeting personnel, including system engineers and other resources as may be reasonably required to accomplish the purpose of the meeting. The scoping meeting may be omitted by mutual agreement in writing.

  • Meeting Frequency SICM shall be held monthly unless otherwise agreed upon by all Parties. Meeting dates shall be determined by NCDEQ after consultation with the Parties. The meeting shall consist of updates and other pertinent information provided by each Party.

  • Posting of Seniority List The Administration shall post the seniority list twice annually by October 1 and March 1 of each work year. The seniority list shall be posted on the designated bulletin board in each building/work site and will indicate, by area of certification, license, or entry-level requirement, the first day worked, the date of Board resolution to hire, and the contract status (limited or continuing) of each employee. Said list shall be provided by the Superintendent to the Association President on or before the date of posting.

  • Posting of Seniority Lists See the Local Provisions Appendix L5.

  • Meeting Agenda 6.1 The Co-chairpersons will prepare an agenda and forward a copy of the agenda to all Joint Committee members at least one week in advance of the meeting (sample attached).

  • EPP query-­‐command RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets that includes the sending of a query command plus the reception of the EPP response for only one EPP query command. It does not include packets needed for the start or close of either the EPP or the TCP session. EPP query commands are those described in section 2.9.2 of EPP RFC 5730. If the RTT is 5-­‐times or more the corresponding SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.

  • CASUAL SENIORITY EMPLOYEE LIST On or before September 1, 2016, School Boards shall establish a seniority list for casual/temporary employees, where a list does not currently exist. This will be a separate list from permanent employees and shall have as its sole purpose to track length of service with the Board. Further, the list shall have no other force or effect on local collective agreements other than those that may already exist for casual/temporary employees in the 2008-12 local collective agreement.

  • Performance Meetings During a meeting on performance, the parties will:

  • Grievance Meeting An employee shall present a signed grievance in writing to the College President or his/her designee setting forth the nature of the grievance, the surrounding circumstances and the remedy sought. The College President or his/her designee shall arrange a meeting within 15 days of the receipt of the grievance at which the employee, a Union Xxxxxxx, and an additional representative designated by the Union Local shall be present if requested by the employee, the Union Local or the College. The College President or his/her designee may have such persons or counsel attend as the College President or his/her designee deems necessary.
