Activity Costs definition

Activity Costs means the total costs necessary to achieve Activity Completion. The Activity Costs for the Funded Activity are described in Exhibit A.
Activity Costs means out-of-pocket costs - associated with the clinical, manufacturing, research fees, licenses and regulatory activities performed by Genmab under the Agreement, including without limitation the activities performed by Genmab after the Effective Date and the activities performed pursuant to the Transfer Plan, including without limitation any activities related to storage and stability testing of Clinical Supplies. For the avoidance of doubt, FTE Costs, external patent lawyers, patent fees and travel costs are excluded from Activity Costs, except those patent costs as provided for in Section 8.01 are to be included in Activity Costs.

Examples of Activity Costs in a sentence

  • The total budget of any proposed project should be designated as either "Administrative/Financial Costs" or "Activity Costs" (such as engineering or construction).

  • They were estimated using methods identical to other Activity Costs.

  • Recovery of Past Response Activity Costs associated with the North Kent Study Area.

  • Activity Costs shall be updated using the Actual Nonlabor Cost field or, if “Calculating Costs from Units”, change the Duration % Complete or Remaining Duration for each activity.

  • In addition to the amount set forth in Paragraph (a) above, Defendant shall be responsible for all Future Response Activity Costs MDEQ incurs under Paragraph XVIII (Dispute Resolution for MDEQ and Defendant) and any Response Activity Costs MDEQ incurs to enforce this Consent Decree, but only to the extent such Future Response Activity Costs (other than attorney fees for outside counsel) are incurred between the Effective Date and the five (5) year anniversary of the Effective Date of this Consent Decree.

  • Defendant’s failure to pay or delay in paying those Future Response Activity Costs that the Defendant is required to pay under this Consent Decree.

  • Recovery of Future Response Activity Costs associated with the North Kent Study Area that the Defendant has paid as set forth in Section XVI (Reimbursement of the State’s Costs) of this Consent Decree.

Related to Activity Costs

  • Utility Costs means utility and home energy costs related to the occupancy of rental property (e.g. electricity, gas, water and sewer, trash removal, and energy costs (such as fuel oil)) that are separately-stated charges. Utility Costs do not include telecommunication services (e.g. telephone, cable, and internet services).

  • Overhead costs means the actual costs incurred or the estimated costs to be

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Indirect Costs has the same meaning as in 44 Ill. Admin. Code Part 7000.

  • Administrative Costs means all costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the Settlement to the Settlement Class and otherwise administering or carrying out the terms of the Settlement. Such costs may include, without limitation: escrow agent costs, the costs of publishing the summary notice, the costs of printing and mailing the Notice and Proof of Claim, as directed by the Court, and the costs of allocating and distributing the Net Settlement Fund to the Authorized Claimants. Such costs do not include legal fees.

  • Allocable Costs means costs allocable to a particular cost objective if the goods or services involved are chargeable or assignable to such cost objective in accordance with relative benefits received or other equitable relationship. Costs allocable to a specific Program may not be shifted to other Programs in order to meet deficiencies caused by overruns or other fund considerations, to avoid restrictions imposed by law or by the terms of this Agreement, or for other reasons of convenience.

  • Total Costs means the sum of all direct and indirect costs associated with the purchase of the goods incurred by CPUT, including but not limited to the invoice price, goods life, service costs, distribution costs, transaction costs, inventory costs, purchasing administration costs and other costs incurred with the use of the goods provided by the Bidder.

  • Operational Expenses means expenses of the clerk of court used to maintain the clerk's office and includes, but is not limited to, (i) computer support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and replacements and office automation and information technology equipment, including software and conversion services; (ii) preserving, maintaining, and enhancing court records, including, but not limited to, the costs of repairs, maintenance, consulting services, service contracts, redaction of social security numbers from certain records, and system replacements or upgrades; and (iii) improving public access to records maintained by the clerk, including locating technology in an offsite facility for such purposes or for implementation of a disaster recovery plan.

  • Incremental Costs means all reasonable additional costs properly and reasonably incurred by Network Rail in respect of any modification referred to in paragraph 2.8, being the additional reasonable costs (if any) to Network Rail in respect of its obligation to maintain and operate the Network, but excluding:

  • Marketing Costs which means such reasonable charge for marketing of ores and concentrates sold or of concentrates tolled as is consistent with generally accepted industry marketing practices;

  • FTE Costs means, for any period, the FTE Rate multiplied by the number of FTEs in such period.

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.

  • Costs of the Project means Recipient’s actual costs (including any financing costs properly allocable to the Project) that are (a) reasonable, necessary and directly related to the Project, (b) permitted by generally accepted accounting principles to be Costs of the Project, and (c) are eligible or permitted uses of the Financing Proceeds under applicable state or federal statute and rule.

  • Restructuring Costs means the costs, including both direct and indirect, of restructuring activities. Restructuring costs that may be allowed include, but are not limited to, severance pay for employees, early retirement incentive payments for employees, employee retraining costs, relocation expense for retained employees, and relocation and rearrangement of plant and equipment. For purposes of this definition, if restructuring costs associated with external restructuring activities allocated to DoD contracts are less than $2.5 million, the costs shall not be subject to the audit, review, and determination requirements of paragraph (c)(4) of this subsection; instead, the normal rules for determining cost allowability in accordance with FAR Part 31 shall apply.

  • Personnel Costs means the costs of researchers, technicians and other supporting staff to the extent employed on the relevant project or activity;

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditures means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the addition or improvement to the capital assets owned by any Group Member or for the acquisition of existing, or the construction of new, capital assets) if such expenditures are made to maintain, including over the long term, the operating capacity or revenues of the Partnership Group.

  • Controllable Expenses means all expenses, other than Uncontrollable Expenses, incurred by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company with respect to the Property.

  • Related Expenses means any and all costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, reasonable attorney's fees, legal expenses, judgments, suits and disbursements) reasonably incurred by, or imposed upon, or asserted against, Lender in any attempt by Lender:

  • Incidental costs means expenses specified in a warranty incurred by a warranty holder and related to the failure of a vehicle protection product to perform as provided in the warranty. Incidental costs may include, but are not limited to, insurance policy deductibles, rental vehicle charges, the difference between the actual value of a stolen vehicle at the time of theft and the cost of a replacement vehicle, sales taxes, registration fees, transaction fees, and mechanical inspection fees.

  • Operational Costs means costs and expenses incurred by the Managers on behalf of the Owners to operate and maintain the Vessel including Communication Expenses and EDP Expenses;
