Medicare and Medicaid Compliance. The Facility is in compliance with all requirements for participation in Medicare and Medicaid, including without limitation, the Medicare and Medicaid Patient Protection Act of 1987. The Facility is in conformance in all material respects with all insurance, reimbursement and cost reporting requirements and has a current provider agreement which is in full force and effect under Medicare and Medicaid.
Medicare and Medicaid Compliance. The Facilities described in Schedule III are certified to participate in Medicaid. Except as set forth in Schedule III, none of the Facilities participates in any other Third-Party Payors’ Programs (as defined in Section 3.10 below).
