Common use of Medical Services Plan and Extended Health Benefits Clause in Contracts

Medical Services Plan and Extended Health Benefits. Regular employees who are eligible for coverage under the terms of the Medical Services Plan of British Columbia and the Extended Health Benefits Plan in effect through the Public Education Benefits Trust, may participate in both plans from the first day of the month following completion of their probationary period.
