Medical Services Plan and Extended Health Benefits. (i) The Employer shall contribute eighty percent (80%) of the monthly cost of a regular employee's participation in the B.C. Medical Services Plan and the Extended Health Benefits Plan under the trusteeship of the Capital Area Benefit Trust, following completion of their probation period, provided that the employee agrees to contribute the remaining twenty percent (20%) on a check-off basis.
