Common use of Medical Payments Clause in Contracts

Medical Payments. The Company shall make a cash payment each month during the two-year period commencing after the Executive’s Termination Date, equal to the full monthly premium for the health benefits described in Section 4.3.2(iv) above minus the active employee cost of such coverage, such full monthly premium to be grossed-up for any applicable income taxes;

The Company shall make a cash payment each month during the twofive-year period commencing after the Executive’s Termination Date, equal to the full monthly premium for the health benefits described in Section 4.3.2(iv4.3.2(ii) above minus the active employee cost of such coverage, such full monthly premium to be grossed-up for any applicable income taxes;
