You Sample Clauses

You a) acknowledge that you Use the Licensed Varieties at your own risk;

You. (a) are responsible for ensuring that your Account Credentials remain confidential and for taking such other precautions as may be necessary to ensure they cannot be used by any person other than you or your authorized representative and making sure that a third party is not provided access to your computer for example via using team viewer to turn on control on your compute;

You may only use the Trading Platform for so long as you are authorized to do so; • may not use the Trading Platform for any purpose other than for the purpose for which it has been provided under this Agreement; and • are responsible for the use of the Trading Platform (including the Account Credentials) by you.
