Medical Benefit Insurance Coverage. 10.4.1 Participation in California’s Valued Trust (formerly known as Central Valley Trust) (Board Approved 2/12/08) Unit members shall participate in the California’s Valued Trust pursuant to the Trust document and the participation agreement with the Trust. Both parties have waived the right to bargain any modification in medical benefits for the duration of the agreement. The trustees of the Trust will assume the sole responsibility for providing benefits and shall have the authority to modify the benefits.
