Common use of Mechanics' Training Clause in Contracts

Mechanics' Training. School District U-46 will provide at no cost to the mechanic and without loss of pay or benefits, the opportunity to attend job related schooling to enable mechanics to keep up to date with changes in service procedures. The Director of Transportation or designee, a member of the Union's Staff Development Committee, and a mechanic will develop a current list of available classes.
