Meal Breaks and Meal Allowance. (a) When an Employee is required to work two (2) or more hours overtime immediately after their regular shift, or is required to work three (3) or more hours overtime prior to their regular shift, they shall be given a paid one-half (1/2) hour meal period at the rate of time and one-half of their straight time hourly rate of pay.
