Meal Allowance on a Two Performance Day. ‌ On a two-performance day, if the interval between performances is less than two-and- a-half (2-1/2) hours, the Engager shall arrange and pay for a hot meal in the theatre. If the interval between performances is less than two (2) hours, the Engager shall arrange and pay for a meal or the Artist shall invoice the Engager for additional services at the rate as specified below, at the discretion of the Artist. Meal Allowance on a Two Performance Day. On a two-performance day, if the interval between performances is less than two-and-a-half (2-1/2) hours, the Engager shall arrange and pay for a hot meal in the theatre. If the interval between performances is less than two (2) hours, the Engager shall arrange and pay for a meal or the Artist shall invoice the Engager for additional services at the rate of thirteen dollars and twenty-three cents ($13.23), at the discretion of the Artist. In addition, the Artist shall invoice the Engager for additional services at Rate 3 of Rule 13:01 (D) for each hour or fraction thereof by which the interval is less than two (2) hours.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00).
