Between Performances Sample Clauses
The "Between Performances" clause defines the rights and obligations of parties during the periods separating scheduled performances, such as concerts or theatrical shows. Typically, this clause addresses issues like rehearsal schedules, access to venues, storage of equipment, or restrictions on other uses of the performance space between events. Its core practical function is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes by outlining what activities are permitted or required during these intervals, thereby facilitating smooth transitions and protecting the interests of both performers and venue operators.
