Supernumeraries. The Vessel’s available accommodation shall be made available to Charterers or their representatives upon any voyage made under this Charter. Owners shall make available to Charterers or their representatives all provisions supplied to officers of the Vessel, except alcoholic beverages. Charterers shall reimburse Owners at the rate of $50 per day and pay for all communications expenses, at cost.
Supernumeraries. The function of a "Supernumerary" is to provide atmosphere and/or background requiring no special theatrical skill or training. Supernumeraries may not sing, speak, or dance. However, Supernumeraries may perform in limited dance sequences requiring no previous theatrical experience. Supernumeraries may not be members of Equity or any other professional performing artists’ union or association. All Supernumeraries must be signed to a non-professional affidavit, to be filed with Equity. Notwithstanding the above, upon written request from the National Ballet of Canada, Equity will, on a case by case basis, consider "celebrities" who have professional affiliation to be allowed to participate in “The Nutcracker" as ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Dolls without joining Equity or being signed to a NBCA engagement contract.

All Supernumeraries must be included in the production checklist, to be filed with Equity in accordance with Clause 13:15.
Supernumeraries. Subject to available space on-board, Charterer may place up to three (3) representatives (“Charterer’s Representatives”) in the Vessel’s available accommodation upon any voyage or any part of a voyage made under this Charter including, for the avoidance of doubt, all regasification and discharge operations. Owner shall supply provisions and all requisites as supplied to officers, except liquors, and Charterer shall pay the reasonable costs of such provisions or requisites for Charterer’s Representative(s) while on board the Vessel. When accommodation is limited on board the Vessel, Charterer’s Representative(s) shall have priority over Owner’s personnel who are not officers, members of the crew, superintendents or traveling service people. Charterer’s Representatives shall not interfere with the operation of the Vessel.
Supernumeraries. Supernumeraries, including management personnel, shore based work squads, drydock personnel, shore-based trades persons and any other required support persons or observers will be engaged from time to time on board the vessel to support ongoing service maintenance, performing repairs, contract maintenance, prepare reports and as required may be used to assist the vessel’s normal crew complement.
Supernumeraries. In the event that the City re-establishes the supernumerary program, the following shall be the terms and conditions for such supernumeraries:
Supernumeraries. Charterers at their risk and expense subject to life boat capacity and approval from DG Shipping, may send representatives in the vessel’s available accommodation upon any voyage made under this charter, Owners finding provisions and all requisites as supplied to officers, except liquors. Charterers paying at the rate of Rs.300/- per day for each representative while on board the vessel.
Supernumeraries. (a) Charterers may place up to two (2) representatives on board the Vessel on any Voyage undertaken during this charter. In such case Owners shall provide accommodation, provisions and all requisites as supplied to the Vessel’s Officers, except alcohol.
(b) Charterers shall pay at the rate of United States Dollars fifty (US $50), per day for each representative whilst on board the Vessel.
(c) Owners shall ensure that all visitors to the Vessel shall receive a safety briefing and information on the parts of the safety management system relevant to their stay on board, and that all visitors shall comply with Owners’ HSSE policies and procedures whilst onboard.
(d) Charterers and their agents shall sign an “Indemnity Agreement for Boarding Vessel” in the format shown in Appendix B (Indemnity Agreement for Boarding Vessel), in order to obtain permission to board the Vessel.

Supernumeraries. CHORISTERS who perform any supernumerary assignment as differentiated from a “Chorus Bit or Mute Role” or who are required to lift more than fifty (50) pounds of weight (other than the normal lifting involved in ballroom dancing) or who are suspended from trapeze, wire or like contrivance or are required to perform on stilts which place the CHORISTER more than four (4) feet above stage level shall be compensated per performance an additional amount equal to at least one (1) hour of rehearsal compensation.
