Supernumeraries. The Vessel’s available accommodation shall be made available to Charterers or their representatives upon any voyage made under this Charter. Owners shall make available to Charterers or their representatives all provisions supplied to officers of the Vessel, except alcoholic beverages. Charterers shall reimburse Owners at the rate of $50 per day and pay for all communications expenses, at cost.

Supernumeraries. Subject to available space on-board, Charterer may place up to three (3) representatives (“Charterer’s Representatives”) in the Vessel’s available accommodation upon any voyage or any part of a voyage made under this Charter including, for the avoidance of doubt, all regasification and discharge operations. Owner shall supply provisions and all requisites as supplied to officers, except liquors, and Charterer shall pay the reasonable costs of such provisions or requisites for Charterer’s Representative(s) while on board the Vessel. When accommodation is limited on board the Vessel, Charterer’s Representative(s) shall have priority over Owner’s personnel who are not officers, members of the crew, superintendents or traveling service people. Supernumeraries. Supernumeraries, including management personnel, shore based work squads, drydock personnel, shore-based trades persons and any other required support persons or observers will be engaged from time to time on board the vessel to support ongoing service maintenance, performing repairs, contract maintenance, prepare reports and as required may be used to assist the vessel’s normal crew complement.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Prescription Glasses This plan covers prescription glasses as follows: • Frames - one (1) collection frame per plan year; • Lenses - one (1) pair of glass or plastic collection lenses per plan year. This includes single vision, bifocal, trifocal, lenticular, and standard progressive lenses. This plan covers the following lens treatments: • UV treatment; • tint (fashion, gradient, and glass-grey); • standard plastic scratch coating; • standard polycarbonate; and • photocromatic/transitions plastic. Contact Lenses (in lieu of prescription glasses) This plan covers one (1) supply of contact lenses as follows: • conventional contact lenses - one (1) pair per plan year from a selection of provider designated contact lenses; or • extended wear disposable lenses - up to a 6-month supply of monthly or two- week single vision spherical or toric disposable contact lenses per plan year; or • daily wear disposable lenses - up to a 3-month supply of daily single vision spherical disposable contact lenses per plan year. This plan also covers the evaluation, fitting, or follow-up care related to contact lenses. This plan covers additional contact lenses if your prescribing network provider submits a verification form, with the regular claim form, verifying that you have one of the following conditions: • anisometropia of 3D in meridian powers; • high ametropia exceeding -10D or +10D in meridian powers; • keratoconus when the member’s vision is not correctable to 20/25 in either or both eyes using standard spectacle lenses; and • vision improvement for members whose vision can be corrected two lines of improvement on the visual acuity chart when compared to the best corrected standard spectacle lenses.

  • Directories BellSouth or its agent shall make available White Pages directories to <<customer_name>> subscribers at no charge or as specified in a separate BAPCO agreement.

  • Assembly (1)(a) The Contracting Parties shall have an Assembly.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.
