Maximum Paid Leave. When a child is born to a spouse or partner of a teacher, that teacher may use any days of medical leave, which the teacher has accumulated under the School Corporation’s medical leave policy. The teacher may take such leave days at any time within thirty (30) days after the birth of the child, without being required to prove that family illness or accident has occurred.
