Maximum Amount of Elective Deferrals. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the amount of Elective Deferrals made with respect to any individual during a calendar year under the Plan and all other plans, contracts or arrangements of an Employer or an Affiliate may not exceed the amount of the limitation in effect under section 402(g)(1) of the Code for taxable years beginning in such calendar year. Such limit shall not apply to any such Elective Deferrals made which are amounts attributable to service performed by such Participant prior to January 1, 1987.

Maximum Amount of Elective Deferrals. For each calendar year, the sum of (i) the Salary Reduction Contributions, (ii) Deferred Cash Contributions (together "Elective Deferrals") made on behalf of any Participant under this Plan, and (iii) similar contributions made under all other plans of the Employer with a cash or deferred feature shall not exceed the dollar limitation contained in Code Section 402(g) in effect at the beginning of such calendar year.
