Manufactured Home. If such Mortgage Loan is secured by a Manufactured Home, such Manufactured Home is either (i) a "single family residence" within the meaning of Section 25(e)(10) of the Code; or (ii) has a minimum of 400 square feet of living space, a minimum width in excess of 102 inches and which is of a kind customarily used at a fixed location;
Manufactured Home. The Loan is not a loan in respect of a manufactured home or the land on which a manufactured home or manufactured home will be placed.
Manufactured Home. Each Manufactured Home (i) has been rendered permanently immobile, (ii) ownership is not represented by or based on a certificate of title or USActive 5531664.19 Sch. 1-9 similar device, (iii) has been permanently affixed to the earth and (iv) constitutes real property under the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which it is located;
Manufactured Home. No Mortgaged Property, in whole or part, is a manufactured home.

PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS Bids offering Products that are manufactured or produced in public institutions will be rejected.
Farm Products None of the Collateral constitutes, or is the Proceeds of, Farm Products.
Stored equipment We accept no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or we will charge fees each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed.We may, in our discretion, dispose of any items referred to below by sale or otherwise on such terms and conditions as we think fit, and charge you any costs we incur in storing and selling or otherwise disposing of the same, in any of the following circumstances:
PROCUREMENT CARD The State has entered into an agreement for purchasing card services. The Purchasing Card enables Authorized Users to make authorized purchases directly from a Contractor without processing a Purchase Orders or Purchase Authorizations. Purchasing Cards are issued to selected employees authorized to purchase for the Authorized User and having direct contact with Contractors. Cardholders can make purchases directly from any Contractor that accepts the Purchasing Card. The Contractor shall not process a transaction for payment through the credit card clearinghouse until the purchased products have been shipped or services performed. Unless the cardholder requests correction or replacement of a defective or faulty Product in accordance with other Contract requirements, the Contractor shall immediately credit a cardholder’s account for products returned as defective or faulty.
Vehicles Upon the request of the Collateral Agent, within 30 days after the date of such request and, with respect to any vehicle acquired by the Debtor subsequent to the date of any such request, within 30 days after the date of acquisition thereof, the Debtor shall file all applications for certificates of title or ownership indicating the Collateral Agent’s first priority security interest in the vehicle covered by such certificate and any other necessary documentation, in each office in each jurisdiction that the Collateral Agent shall deem advisable to perfect its security interests in the vehicles; provided, however, that the aggregate value of all vehicles excepted from the application of this Section 3.10 shall not exceed $1,000,000.
Tooling Inventory that consists of tooling or replacement parts;
REMANUFACTURED, RECYCLED, RECYCLABLE OR RECOVERED MATERIALS Upon the conditions specified in the Bid Specifications and in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, Contractors are encouraged to use recycled, recyclable or recovered materials in the manufacture of Products and packaging to the maximum extent practicable without jeopardizing the performance or intended end use of the Product or packaging unless such use is precluded due to health, welfare, safety requirements or in the Bid Specifications. Contractors are further encouraged to offer remanufactured Products to the maximum extent practicable without jeopardizing the performance or intended end use of the Product and unless such use is precluded due to health, welfare, safety requirements or by the Bid Specifications. Where such use is not practical, suitable, or permitted by the Bid Specifications, Contractor shall deliver new materials in accordance with the “Warranties" set forth below. Items with recycled, recyclable, recovered, refurbished or remanufactured content must be identified in the Bid or Bidder will be deemed to be offering new Product.
Manufacturer A firm that operates or maintains a factory or establishment that produces, on its premises, materials or supplies obtained by the contractor of incorporation into the Project.
Spare Parts During the term of this Purchase Agreement and for a minimum period of five (5) years after termination or expiration of this Purchase Agreement, the Supplier shall make spare parts for all components of each of the Products available for sale to the Purchaser. The spare parts shall be available to the Purchaser at prices equivalent to the prices the Supplier offers to the Supplier’s other customers for such spare parts.
Preference for domestically manufactured goods The provisions of paragraphs 2.54 and 2.55 of the Guidelines and Appendix 2 thereto shall apply to goods manufactured in the territory of the Borrower.
