MANAGING UNSATISFACTORY WORK PERFORMANCE. This clause only applies to employees in continuing and fixed term appointments. An employee who is subject to unsatisfactory performance processes may be represented at any meeting in relation to the matter by their nominated representative.

  • Work Performance All work in performance of this Lease shall be done by skilled workers or mechanics and shall be acceptable to the RECO. The RECO may reject the Lessor’s workers 1) if such are unlicensed, unskilled, or otherwise incompetent, or 2) if such have demonstrated a history of either untimely or otherwise unacceptable performance in connection with work carried out in conjunction with either this contract or other Government or private contracts.

  • STATEMENT OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED A. Vendor shall provide Worker(s) to DIR Customers to perform services that are defined in the Work Order Solicitation, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. Workers provided by Vendor shall possess qualifications that meet or exceed those specified in the Work Order Solicitation and will perform the functions as outlined in the Work Order Solicitation at the rates quoted therein.   • OUTCOME IF GRANTEE CANNOT COMPLETE REQUIRED PERFORMANCE Unless otherwise specified in this Statement of Work, if Grantee cannot complete or otherwise comply with a requirement included in this Statement of Work, HHSC, at its sole discretion, may impose remedies or sanctions outlined under Contract Attachment C, Local Mental Health Authority Special Conditions, Section 7.09 (Remedies and Sanctions).
