Vendor shall provide Worker(s) to DIR Customers to perform services that are defined in the Work Order Solicitation, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. Workers provided by Vendor shall possess qualifications that meet or exceed those specified in the Work Order Solicitation and will perform the functions as outlined in the Work Order Solicitation at the rates quoted therein. All travel is subject to the prior, written approval of the Customer.

Roles of the TIPS Purchasing Cooperative: • Provide for the organizational structure of the program. • Provide staff for efficient operation of the program. • Promote marketing of the TIPS Program. • Coordinate the Solicitation Process for all Vendor Awarded Contracts. • Provide members with procedures for placing orders through TIPS PO System. • Maintain filing system for Due Diligence Documentation. • Collect fees from vendors as the method of financing this undertaking and supporting the operational costs of TIPS. Role of the Public Entity: • Commit to participate in the program by an authorized signature on membership forms. • Designate a Primary Contact and Secondary Contact for entity. • Commit to purchase products and services from TIPS Vendors when in the best interest of the entity. • Submit Purchase Orders and/or Vendor Contracts through the TIPS PO System by emailing the pdf document to xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx. • Accept shipments of products ordered from Awarded Vendors. • Process Payments to Awarded Vendors in a timely manner.

STATEMENT OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED. The Performing Agency will implement and maintain a state vehicle fleet data management system (TxFS) for the Receiving Agency to report fleet operating expenses and uses, as required by Texas Government Code §2171.101. TxFS system will be accessible through a web-based interface. TxFS will provide forms for efficient entry of vehicle fleet data as required by the State Vehicle Management Plan. TxFS allows the Receiving Agency to 1) batch and load relevant data from internal legacy systems 2) provide fiscal and managerial reports for both direct asset management and oversight needs, and 3) remain flexible to accommodate future Receiving Agency or legislative needs. All funds collected through interagency agreements for TxFS will be expended solely on the annual maintenance, system enhancements, and direct cost incurred in delivering user training.
STATEMENT OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED. The Performing Agency will perform the work and provide services in accordance with Exhibit A
STATEMENT OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED. The DPS Crime Laboratory Service will analyze controlled substances, marijuana, and blood alcohol evidence submitted by law enforcement agencies within Xxxxxxxxxx County. At its discretion, DPS will assign the services of three full time equivalents (FTEs) to perform analysis in performance of this Contract. The FTEs will be DPS employees. DPS will attempt to provide a thirty-calendar-day or less turn-around time, from the date of submission to the DPS Laboratory, for controlled substance cases and ten calendar-day or less turn-around time for blood alcohol cases. The assigned DPS FTEs will work on Xxxxxxxxxx County cases awaiting analysis before examining evidence from other agencies as long as this Contract is in place. At its discretion, DPS will assign the FTEs other work if there are no services required under this Contract within the parameters of DPS Crime Laboratory policies and procedures. Case submissions by Xxxxxxxxxx County will not exceed 160 cases per month (controlled substance) and 200 cases per month (blood alcohol) under this agreement.
