Management Review. 2. Within 60 days of this Agreement, the board of directors of the Bank shall complete an assessment of the Bank’s management and staffing needs (the “Management Review”). The primary purpose of the review shall be to aid in the development of a suitable management structure commensurate with the size and complexity of the Bank that is adequately staffed by qualified personnel.
