Rent Review. 3.1 If the reference base used to compile the Index shall change after today’s date the figure taken to be shown in the Index after the change shall be the figure which would have been shown in the Index if the reference base current at today’s date had been retained
Rent Review. 9.2.1 It is agreed that the rent as defined in this Agreement will be reviewed in an upwards only fashion on the anniversary of this tenancy and upon each subsequent anniversary in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) increases for the previous 12 months and subject to a minimum of 3% and a maximum of 7.5%.
Rent Review. 11.1 It is agreed that the rent as defined in this Agreement will be reviewed on the anniversary of this Tenancy and upon each subsequent anniversary in line with the change in the General Index of retail prices (GIRP) for the previous 12 months and the rent varied accordingly either by way of an upward or downward adjustment.

Rent Review. The rent will be reviewed from time to time in accordance with the Act and the Landlord also reserves the right to increase the rent during this Agreement and in the event the Landlord wishes to vary the rental payable then the Landlord must give notice pursuant to Section 55 of the Act or as prescribed from time to time. The rent will be calculated in accordance with CPI of up to 10%.
