Maintenance Road. The maintenance road, from the property line to the Project Site, shall be constructed to a quality capable of supporting a 75,000 lbs. fire apparatus, or as otherwise required by an Emergency Services Authority. The road surface shall be continuously maintained in a manner that mitigates airborne dust pollution.

Maintenance Road. The City and Bear’s Paw acknowledge that the City’s activities within the property encumbered by the Easements will require the destruction of the existing approximately one-half (½) mile maintenance road located on the southeast portion of the Bear’s Paw property (the “Maintenance Road”). Following the City’s completion of its construction activities including, without limitation, the installation of the transmission main, the City will replace the maintenance roadway to substantially the same condition (including, length, width and location) as it existed prior to destruction. In addition, the City will install a 2” conduit under the maintenance road (from Airport Road) for a future Comcast line.
Maintenance Road. The City grants permission to the Owner for use of the Killarney Street frontage road to a proposed golf course maintenance facility to be situated within Parcel B, with the understanding that this frontage road shall be used when necessary by the City for the storage of snow. If so used by the City for the storage of snow, sufficient one lane access to the maintenance facilities shall be retained. Such road shall be maintained, repaired and replaced, as necessary, by the City. The snow will be stored in a manner that will minimize any salt or other chemicals flowing over the land of the Owner. If the Owner chooses to use this frontage road for access, Owner shall be required, subject to approval of the City Engineer, to construct a driveway access 20 feet wide comprised of six-inch thick concrete pavement over six-inch thick compacted aggregate base to connect the Killarney Street cul-de-sac with the Killarney Street frontage road. In such case, this improved driveway access shall be installed as part of the construction plan and building permit for the proposed maintenance facility.

Unless agreed in writing, prehaul maintenance shall be completed on any portion of road prior to hauling on that portion. Maintenance, as used in this contract, does not include road reconstruction or repairs of an extraordi- nary nature.

  • Maintenance Plan Maintenance plan for the Project Facility for the next quarter and a report on maintenance carried out during the previous quarter (including any material deviation from expected maintenance activities as set out in the maintenance plan).

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE 1. Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Vehicle Maintenance (a) The Company agrees to maintain all vehicles up to standards which will insure that the employees who operate such vehicles are not exposed to such hazards as arise out of lack of proper maintenance. Each employee who operates a Company vehicle bears the direct responsibility for its safe and proper operation. Each such employee is also responsible for reporting any malfunction of equipment, mechanical defect, and any accident involving the vehicle.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement.
