Maintenance and Engineering Apprentices a) The parties covered by this Agreement are committed to the provision of apprenticeships wherever possible based on site by site requirements. Where requested, such requirements must be reviewed annually through the Delegates Committee. Where there is significant change proposed to apprenticeships nationally, the Company must contact the relevant union to discuss what options, if any are available.

Maintenance and Engineering Apprentices a) The parties covered by this Agreement are committed to the provision of apprenticeships, Simplot has ongoing commitment to the training of tradespeople via the Apprenticeship Scheme. Based on resources and business needs Simplot will endeavor to employ at least one Fitter and one Electrician apprentice at least every second year as a minimum (the ‘Minimum Numbers’), wherever possible based on site by site requirements. The current arrangement of sharing Apprentices between Ulverstone, Devonport and Harvesters will continue and Harvesters are specifically excluded from compliance with the Minimum Numbers. Where requested, such requirements must be reviewed annually through the Delegates Committee. Where there is significant change proposed to apprenticeships nationally, the Company must contact the unions to discuss what options, if any are available.

  • Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Technology Upgrades Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon shall have the right to deploy, upgrade, migrate and maintain its network at its discretion. The Parties acknowledge that Verizon, at its election, may deploy fiber throughout its network and that such fiber deployment may inhibit or facilitate PNG’s ability to provide service using certain technologies. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit Verizon's ability to modify its network through the incorporation of new equipment or software or otherwise. PNG shall be solely responsible for the cost and activities associated with accommodating such changes in its own network.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the state highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the state highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.

  • Network Maintenance and Management 36.1 The Parties will work cooperatively to implement this Agreement. The Parties will exchange appropriate information (for example, maintenance contact numbers, network information, information required to comply with law enforcement and other security agencies of the Government, escalation processes, etc.) to achieve this desired result.
