Common use of Mail Facilities Clause in Contracts

Mail Facilities. 1. The Association shall have the right to place Association material in school mail boxes, with good judgment, except where it interferes with the orderly transmission of inter-school mail. The Association shall not utilize inter-school mail deliveries for the distribution of material relating to candidates seeking public office. The Board of Education, its agents or assignees, shall bear no responsibility and/or liability to any person, corporation or association for any failure, error, omission, mistake or loss with regard to the use of the interschool facilities. 2. The Association shall be permitted to utilize the district’s e-mail in the transmission of messages.
