Loss of Client Data. In the event of any loss or damage to Client Data, Client’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be for Betty Blocks to use reasonable commercial endeavors to restore the lost or damaged Client Data from the latest back-up of such Client Data maintained by Betty Blocks. Betty Blocks shall not be responsible for any loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure of Client Data caused by any third party (except those third parties sub-contracted by Betty Blocks).

  • Client Data The Subrecipient shall maintain client data demonstrating client eligibility for services provided. Such data shall include, but not be limited to, client name, address, income level or other basis for determining eligibility, and description of service provided. Such information shall be made available to Grantee monitors or their designees for review upon request.

  • Customer Data 5.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

  • Third Party Proprietary Data The Disclosing Party's Third Party Proprietary Data, if any, will be identified in a separate technical document.

  • Loss of Data In the event of loss of any State data or records where such loss is due to the intentional act, omission, or negligence of the Contractor or any of its subcontractors or agents, the Contractor shall be responsible for recreating such lost data in the manner and on the schedule set by the Contract Manager. The Contractor shall ensure that all data is backed up and is recoverable by the Contractor.

  • Customer Ownership Customer owns and has sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, and appropriateness of all original data, content and information provided to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx in conjunction with the Services, and, when paid for, Customer will own all modified content and information as specified under the SOW (collectively the “Content,” which, together with the Customer’s trademarks or logos, are referred to as the “Customer Material).”

  • Proprietary Data NASDAQ OMX grants to Subscriber a nonexclusive, non-transferable license during the term of the Agreement to receive and use the Information transmitted to it by Distributor and thereafter, to use such Information as permitted under the terms of this Agreement and/or the NASDAQ OMX Requirements. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that NASDAQ OMX has proprietary rights to the Information that originates on or derives from markets regulated or operated by NASDAQ OMX, and compilation or other rights to Information gathered from other sources. Subscriber further acknowledges and agrees that NASDAQ OMX 's third-party information providers have exclusive proprietary rights to their respective Information. Position specific competencies: ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE Education and Qualifications (or equivalent level of learning) • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand. • Hold a current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate. • Competent Professional Development and Recognition Programme (PDRP) profile/portfolio or equivalent. Experience • One years’ post graduate (Nurse Entry to Practice or equivalent) experience, or be undertaking this currently. • Please refer to area specific person specification if applicable. • Experience in an equivalent clinical setting to which you are being employed into.
