Long Term Overtime distribution via Email: Long term OT will be defined as shift(s) which commence greater than ninety-six (96) hours from the time of the email posting. An email posting will be sent to all eligible employees within the classification, showing shift(s) that are available for overtime. The email will state the date and time of the shift(s). Eligible employees will have 120 hours (5 days) from the time of the email to reply. Shifts will be awarded no later than 24 hours after the 120 hours.   • Overtime Distribution The Employer and the Union will discuss Departmental or agency specific overtime distribution policies at the Departmental or agency level. The Employer agrees to follow its existing overtime distribution policies until changed as a result of Employer/Union negotiation.

  • Distribution of Overtime Overtime shall be distributed as equally as feasible among qualified employees customarily performing the kind of work required, and currently assigned to the work unit in which the overtime is to be worked. When the assignment of overtime work causes an unusual burden upon the employee, the employee shall not be required to work overtime unless the absence would cause the Agency to be unable to meet its responsibilities.

  • Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.

  • Long Term Leave Any employee who declines a reappointment as a Teaching Assistant in order to interrupt his/her program of graduate study for a period not to exceed one (1) year will not jeopardize his/her consideration for reappointment under Article l3.03.

  • Long Term Leave of Absence The District may grant any employee an unpaid long-term leave of absence for up to one (1) year for study, child rearing, travel, medical, or other mutually agreed to reason(s). Upon Board approval leave may be extended an additional year. Employees granted such a leave shall be permitted to stay on the District insurance programs at their own expense (carriers permitting), shall not gain or lose seniority or other benefits, but shall not be granted advancement credit on the salary schedule for the period of the leave.
