Local Unit of Government Plan Adoption. Participants must also adopt the plan, or the section of the Plan that refers to them. The County will be responsible for all aspects of adoption of the plan by individual communities and school districts. XXXX will provide each participant with a draft resolution and an electronic version of their individual sections of the updated HMP for approval. The County will then follow-up with each representative regarding the status of the approval. Obtaining input from communities, facilitating decision making, and maintaining focus are some of those challenges. Additionally, FEMA requires that input be solicited from a wide-range of publics during Plan development. As described in this proposal, ASTI will utilize its experience in preparing HMPs and working with the County to address the specific needs required to update the multi-jurisdictional HMP for Allegan County. This will include outreach to, and soliciting input from, local and regional stakeholders sufficient to meet FEMA requirements.

This notification shall include a description of the allegation, the identity of the investigating or prosecuting agency, and the status of such investigation or legal proceeding. Progenity shall also provide written notice to OIG within 30 days after the resolution of the matter, and shall provide OIG with a description of the findings and/or results of the investigation or proceeding, if any.
