Plan Completed. XXXX will prepare the final plan and the Local Mitigation Plan Review Tool (cross-walk) for approval by FEMA. If FEMA determines that the updated HMP is “approvable pending adoption,” the County can begin the process to approve the final updated HMP knowing it will be approved. and adoption by the County and the local units of government. If the Plan is returned by FEMA with a notice of, "Requires Revisions," ASTI will revise and resubmit the Plan until it is approved. Revisions, if necessary, are included in the base cost provided as part of this proposal. The final updated HMP, as described and specified in the Allegan County RFP, will be provided in the following formats: • Paper copies –three (3) bound copies for the County • One (1) copy of the completed Local Mitigation Plan Review Tool (cross-walk) • A template resolution for local units of government to use or adapt for local adoption of the HMP • MS Word and PDF copies of the Plan on disk for the County's files and future updates and for posting to County web page. This will include originals of Plan components in other formats as well ( e.g., Excel spreadsheets, etc.) • Electronic copy on disk of all maps and GIS information in ESRI shapefile format and one of the projections specified in the Allegan County RFP
