Common use of Local 183 Members’ Training Fund Clause in Contracts

Local 183 Members’ Training Fund. 21.01 The Employer and Local 183 agree to recognize and be bound to Local 183 Members’ Training Trust Fund as if original parties thereto, and as if the same formed part of this Collective Agreement. In the event any of the terms and conditions of the said Agreement and Declaration are in any way altered, added to or amended, then the Employer and Local 183 shall be bound by the same as if original parties thereto and as if the same formed part of this Collective Agreement.
