Living Out Allowance. While an employee is attending Vocational School on the basis set forth in 1, 2 and 3 above, the employer will pay him a living out allowance which, combined with any Government living out allowance to which the employee may be entitled, is equal to the living out allowance the employee would receive from the appropriate Government authorities as an Apprentice, pursuant to Section 15 of Exhibit "D".
