Limited Contracts up for Renewal. Persons on a limited teaching contract shall be notified of the Board’s intent to renew or non-renew the contract by April 30 of the year that the contract expires. All supplemental contracts shall automatically be non-renewed at the end of each school year. Unless otherwise notified by April 30, all certificated/licensed employees will be extended an offer to renew their supplemental contracts for the subsequent school year. All teaching contracts are to be signed and returned to the Treasurer’s Office on or before the 1st contracted day of the school year. If not received by 3:00 p.m. on the 2nd day, the employee will be docked for that day and each corresponding day that the contract is not returned.
