LIMITATION OF COST. (Applicable if this contract is fully funded.) FAR 52.232-20 (Apr 1984), "Limitation of Cost," is incorporated by reference. "Schedule" means this contract, "Contractor" means Seller, "Government" means Buyer, and "Contracting Officer" means Buyer’s Authorized Procurement Representative. The word "exclusive" in the first sentence of paragraph (a) is revised to "inclusive" and paragraph (d)(1) is revised to read:

LIMITATION OF COST. The total amount of the monies payable to the CONTRACTOR under this Agreement shall not exceed $135,000.00. The annual budget is attached hereto as “EXHIBIT B – FINANCIAL INFORMATION SHEET” and incorporated herein by reference.

The annual budget is attached hereto as “EXHIBIT C1 – FINANCIAL INFORMATION SHEET” and incorporated herein by reference. Under AGREEMENT 00-000-00000 and all Amendments to said Agreement, the total amount of the monies payable to the CONTRACTOR, including gross receipts tax and expenses, shall not exceed seven hundred eighty thousand six hundred seventy four dollars and twenty cents ($780,674.20). All other articles of this agreement remain the same.
