Common use of Life and Health Insurance Clause in Contracts

Life and Health Insurance. I. Life Insurance -- Employee only (Disability Waiver of Premium) Term life insurance shall be provided and paid for by the Board for all professional employees. The amount of coverage of such term insurance for each professional employee shall be two times basic annual salary rounded to the nearest one thousand dollars to the maximum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
