Licenses, Bonds and Fees. When the City requires an employee to have a fidelity bond, the premium of said bond shall be paid by the City. Employees officially required by the City to belong to professional organizations or associations such as Notary Publics or to have professional licenses shall have their fees paid by the city. Employees required to have special driver's licenses and physicals to perform their duties shall have their fees paid by the City.
