Common use of Level of Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Level of Reimbursement. All items of personal property listed in Table 1 which are damaged, lost, or stolen will be reimbursed at a formula rate, as provided for in Tables I and II. Such a formula will be based on the age, replacement costs, life expectancy, and condition of the article at the time it was lost, damaged, or stolen.
