Weekend Pay Clause Samples
The Weekend Pay clause establishes the terms under which employees are compensated for work performed on weekends. Typically, this clause specifies that employees receive a higher hourly wage or an additional premium for hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays, compared to standard weekday rates. Its core function is to incentivize staff to work during less desirable weekend shifts and to ensure fair compensation for work performed outside of regular business days.
