Common use of Level of Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Level of Reimbursement. Glasses, dentures, hearing aids or other prosthesis and watches will be reimbursed as provided for in Section D. All items of personal property listed in Table I which are damaged, lost or stolen will be reimbursed at a formula rate, as provided for in Tables I and II. Such a formula will be based on the age, replacement cost, life expectancy and condition of the article at the time it was lost, damaged or stolen.
