Letter of Understanding re: Sick Leave – Prescheduled Hours. Employees will be entitled to payment from their accumulated sick leave credits for prescheduled hours in accordance with the sick leave article. The Employer will pre schedule for absences once it has knowledge therefore to the extent that it is able to do so.
