Letter of Credit Reports to the Administrative Agent. For so long as any Letter of Credit or Bankers’ Acceptance issued by an L/C-BA Issuer (other than Bank of America) is outstanding, such L/C-BA Issuer shall deliver to the Administrative Agent on the last Business Day of each calendar month, and on each date that an L/C-BA Credit Extension occurs with respect to any such Letter of Credit or Bankers’ Acceptance, a report (in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) with the information for every outstanding Letter of Credit or Bankers’ Acceptance issued by such L/C-BA Issuer (which information shall include whether such Letter of Credit is an Auto-Extension Letter of Credit, the letter of credit number, maximum face amount, current face amount, the beneficiary name, issuance date, and expiry date of each such Letter of Credit and/or Bankers’ Acceptance, and, if applicable, the date of amendment of such Letter of Credit or Bankers’ Acceptance and the amount of such amendment).

  • Issuing Bank Reports to the Administrative Agent Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, each Issuing Bank shall, in addition to its notification obligations set forth elsewhere in this Section, report in writing to the Administrative Agent (i) periodic activity (for such period or recurrent periods as shall be requested by the Administrative Agent) in respect of Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank, including all issuances, extensions, amendments and renewals, all expirations and cancellations and all disbursements and reimbursements, (ii) reasonably prior to the time that such Issuing Bank issues, amends, renews or extends any Letter of Credit, the date of such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension, and the stated amount of the Letters of Credit issued, amended, renewed or extended by it and outstanding after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension (and whether the amounts thereof shall have changed), (iii) on each Business Day on which such Issuing Bank makes any LC Disbursement, the date and amount of such LC Disbursement, (iv) on any Business Day on which the Borrower fails to reimburse an LC Disbursement required to be reimbursed to such Issuing Bank on such day, the date of such failure and the amount of such LC Disbursement and (v) on any other Business Day, such other information as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request as to the Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank.

  • Letter of Credit Reports Each Issuing Bank shall furnish (A) to the Agent on the first Business Day of each month a written report summarizing issuance and expiration dates of Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank during the preceding month and drawings during such month under all such Letters of Credit and (B) to the Agent on the first Business Day of each calendar quarter a written report setting forth the average daily aggregate Available Amount during the preceding calendar quarter of all Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank.
