Letter of Credit Request definition

Letter of Credit Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.03(a).

Letter of Credit Request has the meaning set forth in Section 3.03.

Examples of Letter of Credit Request in a sentence

• The Issuing Lender shall have no duty to verify the authenticity of any signature appearing on a Letter of Credit Request.

• The Administrative Agent shall promptly transmit copies of each Letter of Credit Request to each Lender.

More Definitions of Letter of Credit Request

Letter of Credit Request means a notice executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 3.2, and substantially in the form of Exhibit L or another form which is acceptable to the Letter of Credit Issuer in its reasonable discretion.

Letter of Credit Request is defined in Section 2A.4(a).

Letter of Credit Request means a request by the Borrower for a new Letter of Credit or an amendment to any existing Letter of Credit in accordance with Section 2.05 and substantially in the form of Exhibit N hereto or such other form that is reasonably satisfactory to the relevant Issuing Bank and the Borrower.

Letter of Credit Request means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by a Letter of Credit Issuer.

Letter of Credit Request means a request by the Borrower, executed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, for the issuance of a Letter of Credit (or the amendment, renewal or extension of an outstanding Letter of Credit) in accordance with Section 2.02 in substantially the form of Exhibit D-2 or such other form as reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Lender.

Letter of Credit Request means a request by the Borrower for a Letter of Credit pursuant to Section 2.17(b) and substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J.

Letter of Credit Request shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.20(a)(i).
